Over time, this plastic lumber, known as Poly~Wood, has proved to be unaffected by the sun, rain, snow, sleet, wind, saltwater, chlorine and mildew. The very nature of Poly~Wood keeps the color from fading and is heavy duty so it isn't blown around by the slightest breeze. It is assembled using stainless steel hardware that has an additional protective Xylan coating. Poly~Wood is nonporous so the furniture can be left outside year round, no matter the climate. Regular, easy maintenance with soap and water keeps it clean and enjoyable for countless seasons.

Beach Front Source offers a 5 year basic warranty on this product to the original purchaser from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. During this period Beach Front Source will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective component.

This warranty does not apply to improperly installed, handled, abused, damaged by user error, nor to any unit which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized repair companies. Under no circumstances will the buyer be entitled to consequential or incidental damages. This limited 5 year basic warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state where you live. Batteries and plastic housings are not covered by warranty.

This product ships unassembled and will require easy and straight-forward assembly using common household tools. Detailed instructions are included.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If shipment is found to be damaged after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.
