Flat Top Curtains, also known as European cuffed drapes, are hung from rings as decorative or functional panels. These curtains provide a relaxed and casual look and will work on just about any rod or pole. With the flat top style, the top of the curtain Is hemmed with a light stiffening fabric that gives some body. The curtain is attached to the rings of the rod with drapery pin hooks or clip rings can be used at intervals allowing the curtain to softly cup between the rings.
